Greet residents and guests and provide information on hotel events, outlets and amenities;
Answer telephone calls at the residences concierge desk and relay messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters to condominiums;
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes;
Know local activities and establish contacts to provide information, tickets, reservations for residents;
Coordinate with Valet Parking staff and Residence Pages to ensure smooth handling of vehicles, luggage, and requests
