GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR WEEKEND POSITION!
The person filling this position is responsible for greeting residents, guests, vendors and other visitors to the property and providing assistance and guidance as necessary.
Responsibilities include:
greeting everyone that enters the building and providing direction and guidance as necessary, assisting residents as necessary upon their arrival in the building, logging vendors in and out, acting as liaison between residents and management, answering incoming calls professionally and taking accurate and detailed messages, fielding resident questions, concerns and complaints, and providing additional support to the Management team as needed.
Ability to learn about the local area and community to help residents better and guests.
Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays multiple shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am Pay Rate: $17 PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE MIAMI BEACH AREA.
