Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach in Florida is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle incoming calls, process reservations and cancellations, and answer questions on rates, facilities, services, and promotions.
The role requires at least 1 year in reservations or front desk, fluent English, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays;
Spanish/Portuguese/French speakers are a plus, and knowledge of Opera is beneficial.
