Responsibilities include greeting guests, routing calls, logging messages, and ensuring room messaging and wake-up services operate smoothly.
Qualifications:
HS diploma, 1–2 years’ experience, proficiency with Opera PMS and MS Office, excellent communication, and bilingual abilities a plus.
