Role Description

This full-time, on-site Dental Assistant role is based in Miami Beach, FL. The Dental Assistant supports dentists during clinical procedures, prepares and organizes treatment rooms, and ensures patients are comfortable before, during, and after appointments. Daily responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dental instruments and materials, assisting with chairside procedures, taking and recording patient information, and providing clear pre- and post-treatment instructions.

The role also involves performing sterilization and infection control processes, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the dental team to uphold high standards of care and patient experience.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Dental Care, Oral Care, and Dentistry.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Dental Assisting, including chairside support and patient preparation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Sterilization and infection control procedures.
  • Relevant certification or licensure as a Dental Assistant (as required by Florida regulations).
  • Basic knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment usage.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Prior experience in a dental practice or clinical setting is preferred but not strictly required.
