We are a boutique architecture and interior design firm with offices in Miami Beach and Brooklyn, specializing in multifamily, hospitality, workplace, and residential projects.

We’re seeking a seasoned, proactive Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction administration and closeout. This person will work closely with the principal and design team, build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and keep projects moving with clarity, consistency, and calm.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead projects from concept through construction administration and closeout
  • Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and project performance in Monograph
  • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Protect design intent while balancing budget, schedule, and technical requirements
  • Oversee BIM workflows and maintain a high standard of documentation and quality control
  • Anticipate risks, resource needs, and potential roadblocks before they affect delivery
  • Establish clear priorities and keep teams focused on next steps
  • Mentor junior staff and create a culture of clear, timely, constructive feedback
  • Partner with the principal on project delivery, client service, and team development
  • Support the thoughtful use of AI tools to improve workflow, communication, and efficiency
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in interior architecture or interior design
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing projects from start to finish
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
  • Experience with Monograph
  • Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, documentation, and project execution
  • Experience with multifamily, hospitality, workplace, and/or residential projects
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and bring forward solutions
  • Comfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback
  • Collaborative, accountable, and able to lead without unnecessary drama
