Green Key Resources is partnering with a highly respected, award-winning interior architecture and design firm to identify an Associate Director | Interior Architecture & Design for its growing Miami studio.

Our client is a boutique design practice recognized for delivering exceptional hospitality, luxury residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and workplace environments throughout the United States. This is a confidential search for a hands‑on technical leader who will help grow the Miami office while balancing design excellence, project management, BIM leadership, operations, and team development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead hospitality, multifamily, mixed‑use, and luxury residential interior architecture projects from concept through construction.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, consultant coordination, and project delivery.
  • Serve as the technical leader for Revit/BIM standards and documentation quality.
  • Mentor and develop the Miami design team while helping grow the office.
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure design excellence and operational success.
  • Build client relationships and support business development efforts.
  • Oversee studio operations, resource planning, and workflow improvements.
  • Lead client presentations and consultant coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Interior Architecture.
  • Experience leading hospitality, multifamily, luxury residential, or mixed‑use projects.
  • NCIDQ certification and/or Registered Architect (RA) license preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong BIM management experience.
  • Proven experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
