We're Hiring | Interior Designer | Miami
Our European interior design studio, based in Miami Beach, is growing, and we're looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team.
If you're passionate about creating exceptional high-end residential interiors, have a strong technical background, refined design sensibility, and thrive in a collaborative design environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Support projects from concept development to final installation.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and layout solutions.
- Prepare client presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design packages.
- Produce technical drawings, detailing, and millwork drawings.
- Select, specify, and schedule FF&E, finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and custom elements.
- Research materials, furnishings, and products while sourcing and specifying vendors and manufacturers.
- Prepare purchase orders and assist with procurement, including reviewing proposals, shop drawings, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, fabricators, vendors, and suppliers throughout every phase of the project.
- Monitor procurement, deliveries, and installations to ensure the design intent is executed accurately.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
- Proven experience (2–3 years preferred) in luxury residential and/or high-end hospitality projects.
- Excellent hand-sketching, conceptual design, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe creative suite, Microsoft Excel, Revit, D5 Render and/or other 3D visualization software
- Experience with AI rendering tools is considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, millwork, building codes, and FF&E specifications.
- Extensive knowledge of high-end materials, furniture, finishes, products, and vendors.
- Ability to create thoughtful designs across a variety of aesthetics while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working within a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.
- Miami-based candidates only.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
