St. Patrick Catholic School in Miami Beach, Florida seeks a qualified and experienced full-time Middle School Mathematics Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. The applicant must be a dynamic and innovative educator with the ability to develop creative lessons that cultivate critical thinking skills and highly motivate students to be engaged learners. The Middle School Mathematics Teacher is a dedicated professional who performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of St.

Patrick Catholic School and the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary is commensurate with certification and years of experience.

• BS/BA Degree in Education or Mathematics.
• Florida Department of Education certificate in Mathematics grades 6-8/6-12, temporary or professional required.
• Must obtain catechetical certification from the Archdiocese of Miami Office of Catechesis within three years of hire.
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience are preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills with the use of innovative instructional technologies.
• Able to work collaboratively with other teachers and department staff.
• Clear and concise communication with students and parents.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in a Roman Catholic environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
• Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to dress code.
