$120,000 annual W2 salary with weekly pay; comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits effective day one.

This is not a teaching position. Your role is to motivate students to reach high standards. The bulk of your time is spent facilitating life‑skills workshops, conducting individual or small‑group coaching sessions, and analyzing data to refine coaching strategies.

• Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑8 cohorts on public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange, and other foundational competencies; modify existing frameworks and create new sessions as needed.
• Conduct daily individual and small‑group motivation sessions that guide each student toward weekly app targets, using Coachbot analytics, Alpha’s reward structures, and personal connection.

  Pass evaluation for each life skill and coach students who fall short until they achieve passing standards.
• Adjust coaching approach across a broad age spectrum, from kindergarteners needing high energy and activity to eighth graders requiring direct conversation and accountability.
• Analyze weekly cohort performance metrics in Coachbot, identify students falling behind, and modify tactics for the upcoming week.

• Deliver whiteboard instruction; academic content is embedded in the apps.
• Create an entire curriculum from scratch.
• Passively monitor students on computers; motivation is hands‑on and individualized.
• Work through bureaucratic approval processes to secure resources for students.
• Evaluate homework, conduct standardized test preparation, or handle parent correspondence.

• Willing to work on‑site at one of the specified Alpha campuses.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum three years of direct experience working with K‑8 students.
• A concrete example that can be articulated of motivating a K‑8 student toward a challenging goal: objective, actions, and result.
• Comfort with AI‑managed instructional delivery while focusing on motivation and life‑skills development.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Background in youth sports coaching, debate, camp leadership, theater, or after‑school programming with direct responsibility for motivating children.
• Personal record of notable achievement demonstrating maintenance of high standards for others.
• Strong narrative ability and commanding presence sufficient to engage a room of 12‑year‑olds for an hour without needing to elevate voice.
• Demonstrated success converting disengaged or resistant students into motivated participants.

Full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available.
