Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Seeking laser alignment/Metrologist instructors responsible for meeting the training needs of our clients
- Monitors, evaluates, and improves clients’ staff performance through classroom, simulator, and hands‑on, on‑the‑job instruction/coaching.
- Develops, maintains and improves training courses
- Knowledge on precision measurement equipment from FARO, Leica and Pruftechnik
- Bachelors Degree in physical science, engineering or equivalent
- Adjust quickly to rapidly changing priorities
- Travel required as needed depending of training locations (domestic and internationally)
- Capable of functioning with minimal oversight, innovative, self critical and sensitive to individual student needs.
- Experience in classroom instruction & training administration desired
