Alpha is hiring Education Coaches to work on-site at campuses across the US, including Miami Beach, FL. You will coach K-8 students in life skills, using AI-enabled tools while focusing on motivation, resilience, and ownership.
You’ll lead one-hour workshops, coach students in small groups, and track progress with Coachbot analytics. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ experience with K-8 students are required. Relocation support available.
