Do you love driving cars? Meeting new people? Are you energetic and fast on your feet? We are hiring Valet Attendants to welcome and serve our customers with professionalism.
A Valet Attendant is the first and last point of contact for our clients. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are essential.
What Will I Do?- Park and retrieve cars efficiently and in a timely manner; greet customers by name and develop rapport.
- Direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of cars.
- Work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Promote excellent customer relations by going above and beyond and making customers love LAZ Parking.
- Dynamic, charismatic, energetic and helpful.
- Dependable and reliable.
- A safe driver with a clean driving record; capable of operating a manual transmission vehicle.
- Good under pressure, able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
- Proficient in communicating in English, both verbal and written.
- A team player who encourages and motivates colleagues.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
- Professional and effective communication.
- Flexibility to work at multiple facility locations.
- Capacity to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to work independently and make firm decisions.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the elements—heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
