Provide teller and platform support to keep client wait times to a minimum and deliver quality customer service;

Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen client relationships;
Conduct outbound client/prospect calls and participate in campaigns to meet deposit/loan goals;
Assist banking center management with training and operational updates to ensure compliance
