Position: Unit Controller 3
We are searching for an experienced Unit Controller 3 to oversee the Miami Beach Convention Center located in Miami Beach, FL!

* Join a high-impact finance team where you'll oversee the financial operations of one or more client accounts, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and compliance. In this role, you'll analyze trends, support audits, and guide decision-making that drives operational success and client satisfaction.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.

Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

** Pay Range:**  $64600 per year - $83600 per year

+ Support billing, receivables, and client financial relations to maintain strong partnerships and smooth operations

+ Assist in closing activities and ensure financial integrity at the unit and district level

+ Recommend and implement improvements to financial procedures, enhancing accuracy and efficiency across accounts

** What you'll bring*
* + Skillset to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities and priorities with strong organizational skills

+ Solid analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Essbase is a plus

+ Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholder

+ Capacity to maintain core financial operations while contributing to broader departmental projects and initiatives

+ A detail-oriented approach to auditing, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced, client-focused environment

** Requirements*
* + Education Requirement:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
