Hawkeye Digital Inc. (HWKE) is a publicly traded private equity and merchant banking platform focused on crypto and digital assets. We pursue strategic opportunities to develop and support next‑generation technologies, investing in, financing, and advising companies across the space — from structuring and inking multimillion-dollar deals to guiding portfolio companies through capital raises and the public listing process. We are a lean, senior team at an early inflection point, and Directors will help shape the merchant banking practice itself.

We are hiring experienced merchant bankers (VP/Director level) to help build Hawkeye's practice. You will set up how we source, evaluate, and execute deals, then run your own transactions from first conversation through closing. You will represent Hawkeye directly to founders, investors, and our banking partners, and as the practice grows, you will help hire, develop, and manage the team.

• Lead deal origination: build and own your proprietary pipeline of investment, financing, and advisory opportunities across digital assets.
• Structure and negotiate transactions end-to-end, from term sheets through closing (including novel structures: fund vehicles, foundation-related entities, tokenized instruments).
• Direct due diligence and help set the firm's crypto-native valuation standards: comps frameworks, market benchmarks, and deal pricing.
• Lead capital raises for Hawkeye and its clients — quarterbacking banking relationships and driving direct institutional and strategic investor outreach.
• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor to portfolio companies via capital strategy, roadshows, public listing preparation, partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Build the merchant banking function itself: processes, materials standards, and, as the practice scales, hiring and managing junior deal professionals.
• Serve as a visible representative of Hawkeye in the market: conferences, investor meetings, and industry relationships both domestically (predominantly in Miami and New York) and internationally.

• 7+ years of investment banking and/or private equity experience — M&A, capital markets, or principal investing — with a meaningful portion at the VP or Director level, and demonstrable fintech deal experience.
• You have structured, negotiated, and closed transactions across fintech, including payments, exchanges and trading platforms, asset and wealth management technology, banking infrastructure, and digital assets.
• Familiarity with the crypto and digital asset market is strongly preferred: comps, key players, founders, investors, and the network that comes with it.
• You have led deals, not just supported them, and you are comfortable being the most experienced transaction professional in the room.
• You have raised capital directly: sourced investors, run processes, and closed.
• Public-markets fluency is required: hands‑on experience with IPOs, up listings, PIPEs, reverse mergers, or operating inside a publicly traded platform. Our clients and our own company live in the public markets, and you must be able to advise them credibly from day one.
• You are entrepreneurial and self‑directed, comfortable operating with minimal infrastructure and building from a blank page.
• Based in Miami or committed to relocating; comfortable with regular travel to New York.
