JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Esthetician
REPORTS TO: Director of Spa
JOB SUMMARY: Provides outstanding esthetician services ensuring that guests in the Spa enjoy an experience which meets The Setai’s standards of excellence in guest service and quality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Exemplifies commitment to The Setai’s mission of Total Guest Satisfaction
- Consistently offers professional, friendly and warm hospitality to all guests
- Provides all treatments in a manner that meets the guest services and quality levels of The Setai, following established procedures and policies, as well as recognized codes of conduct, safety laws and regulations
- Maintains safety, cleanliness and order of the Treatment room
- Disinfects all equipment before and after use
- Restocks the Treatment room after sessions with any items used
- Maintains knowledge of all Spa facilities, treatments offered, rates and hours of operation
- Promotes Spa products and treatments when appropriate
- Attends daily briefings, meetings and training as required
- Reports to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform
WORK EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred; AND a minimum of two (3) years of experience as an Esthetician in a Spa of the same caliber as The Setai; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:- Excellent customer service skills and demeanor
- Fluent in English
- Must be a licensed Florida Cosmetologist or licensed Esthetician
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Compliance with attendance guidelines outlined in The Setai Employee Handbook
