• Manages patient appointments, welcomes and escorts patients, and organizes movement within the clinic to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepares examination rooms, ensures adequate supply levels, and informs supervisors when supplies need to be reordered to avoid shortages.
• Administers medications and injections as directed by the physician, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols.
• Assists physicians during various procedures (injections, sutures, venipunctures, biopsies, EKGs, casts) and monitors vital signs, following Universal Precautions and sterilization standards.

• Medical Assistant Certification from accredited institution/agency required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant training.
• High School or equivalent.
• CPR/ BLS Certification required (American Heart Association).
• 6 months to 1+Years Medical Assistant experience.
• Phlebotomy Certification Preferred.
• Bilingual required.
