An iconic, luxury boutique hotel is seeking an experienced and polished Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations and elevate service across its restaurants, bar, in-room dining, and event outlets.

This position is ideal for a dynamic, guest-obsessed F&B leader who thrives in an upscale, design-forward environment where personalized service, culinary excellence, and creative programming are paramount.

• Lead daily food & beverage operations across multiple outlets.
• Mentor and manage a diverse team, including front-of-house supervisors and staff.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and GM to maintain brand standards, quality control, and service excellence.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
