Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Highgate Hotel standards.;
Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.;
Operate the Front Desk computer system and PBX console; logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages.;
Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel services, facilities and hours of operation, restaurants, transportation, etc.;
Balance and prepare paperwork for closing of shift according to hotel standards.
