Set up and serve food and beverages at banquet functions according to hotel standards;
Read Banquet Event Order (BEO) and be familiar with the function menu;
Serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner; address guest problems and communicate to management;
Set tables according to hotel standards and maintain the banquet storeroom;
Follow money handling procedures and ensure overall guest satisfaction
