Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort offers direct access to the beach and the nine‑mile Miami Beachwalk. This property has 231 guest rooms and features two ocean‑view outdoor pools, poolside cabanas, and a private beach. Ideal candidates have prior experience in customer service and/or housekeeping and a passion to serve!

Shift Pattern: variable, weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Range: $17.30 per hour

As a Houseperson, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
• Dust, polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean/wax floors, remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
• Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves) as needed
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
