Seaway Residential Concierge

Four Seasons - Collins Avenue - Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the front desk operation including welcoming homeowners and their guests, directing vendors, deliveries and outside services, handle phone inquiries and communicate with leadership on priorities and residents' requests and feedback.;
Remain current on activities available in the city and establish contacts to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for residents.;
Coordinate with the hotel for resident requests, reservations, or guest accommodations and ensure clear communication between the hotel team and Seaway Residence team.
