We are seeking a full‑time Dining Reservations Coordinator to provide exemplary guest service and manage reservations across all outlets.
Responsibilities- Provide exemplary guest service for all reservation requests.
- Receive and record reservations via telephone, e‑mail, and in‑person.
- Coordinate special memos for large parties and special events, including all holidays.
- Manage copies, fax, and resolve guest issues.
- Ensure updated information on all outlets is available at workstations.
- Check pricing accurately according to guest consumption, meal plans, and sales package agreements.
- Communicate with the front desk and use a computer system to correctly bill guests.
- Process cashiering, including counting money and handling change.
- Explain guest questions and discrepancies to wait staff; complete and balance paperwork at the end of the shift.
- Obtain approval on credit cards used to pay bills.
- Maintain and order necessary supplies and money banks.
- Answer phones in a timely manner.
- Create dining reservations for F&B outlets through Open Table.
- Book and charge special events.
- Have complete knowledge of menu items and room service processes.
- Use the Point of Service System and perform basic mathematics.
- Handle guest concerns and questions in a thorough and professional manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with Windows‑based software, Microsoft Word, and HSI.
- Professional image representative of property image.
- Exceptional telephone skills.
- Ability to listen to guests effectively and resolve issues.
- Must be detail‑oriented.
This is a full‑time, non‑management position.
