The Guest Service Response Attendant will be responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure all guest request deliveries are provided in a timely and efficient manner.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:

• Perform and maintain inventories of guest amenities as required.
• Deliver items to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner.
• Record all requests on tracking sheet.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Flexibility in schedule to work AM, PM and O/N shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
• Bilingual highly desirable.
