We're looking for Hosts/Hostesses who bring infectious energy and set the tone for unforgettable guest experiences at one of South Beach's most legendary destinations.
This role is all about being the first impression and the heartbeat of the floor. You'll greet guests with genuine warmth, seat tables, and entice walk-ups to join the party—creating that "wow" moment the second someone walks through the door. You're the face of The Clevelander. You set the energy, answer questions confidently while showcasing our offerings and menu in a fun and engaging way, engage with the crowd, and make sure everyone feels the Miami magic.
Speed, organization, personality, and authentic hospitality are everything. You're the MVP who starts every guest's journey on the right note.

Outgoing, high-energy individuals passionate about hospitality. Strong multitasking skills, positive energy, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous modeling experience preferred but not required.
