Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience as a front desk agent in a luxury hotel, or 3 years in a boutique or high‑end independent hotel.
- Passion for hospitality and natural skill in achieving total guest satisfaction.
- Exemplary decorum and discretion in guest interactions.
- Willingness to live and breathe hospitality.
