Riviera Dining Group is seeking a polished Maitre D’ to lead front-of-house operations in a high-volume luxury dining environment in Miami Beach. This role focuses on guest interactions, VIP clients, private events, and service excellence across MILA and related venues.
The Maitre D’ will supervise the host team, optimize seating with Seven Rooms/Open Table/Resy, and ensure menus, cocktails, and wine programs are known inside out. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
