The Front Office / Guest Service Supervisor at Think Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring attentive, courteous and efficient service during check-in, checkout and guest stays, while supporting profitability and brand standards.
Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years front desk experience in a hotel, and basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems;
