Housekeeping | Room Attendant; On-Call

Job Overview

Responsible for the efficient and orderly cleaning and servicing of all guest rooms as assigned. Must be flexible to work a varied shift, including overnight, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.

• Clean assigned rooms daily.
• Service stay‑over rooms by changing sheets and pillow covers daily and replenishing towels and amenities as needed.
• Clean all check‑out (vacant or dirty) rooms thoroughly by changing sheets, pillow covers, bath rugs, and towels, and replenishing amenities as needed.
• Provide guests with extra towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and notepads upon request.
• Fold linen daily.
• Load cart per specifications.
• Transport caddie containing supplies, brushes, and rags daily.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations.
• Clean at least 14 rooms daily.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain strong problem‑solving skills.
• Communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large resort.
