Hotel Front Desk Manager

A national Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager with Miami Beach Hotel experience to lead its Guest Services Team. This oceanfront hotel is a historic property seeking a Hands-on Leader. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure at full-service properties. We are looking for a Hotel Ambassador and Team Builder to establish a high level of rapport with clients.

• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in a front office role in a hotel, with at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) (specify preferred systems, e.g., Opera, etc.).
