Key role responsible for coordinating HR processes, ensuring a positive employee experience, and embedding company culture and values across the organization.

• Perform HR management procedures ensuring company standards are met
• Manage recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, reference checks, and contract preparation
• Maintain and update employeedocumentation in accordance with labor regulations
• Partner with departmentmanagers to develop recruitment plans
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, agencies, and recruitment partners
• Execute onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records
• Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with healthand safety regulations
• Manage disciplinary policies and related procedures
• Prepare reports on general HRactivity
• Support payroll processes andHR-related projects
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve hiring efficiency and reduce turnover
• Administer employee benefit sand welfare plans

• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Analytical mindset with autonomy and results orientation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field
• Languages:
  
  Spanish and English bilingual
