Resources Representative

LDV Hos pitality is seeking a dynamic HR Representative
- Bilingual HR Representative fluent in English and Spanish, with strong experience supporting employees and management across key human resources functions. Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and maintaining confidential personnel records. Known for strong communication, professionalism, cultural awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels. Dedicated to providing responsive HR support while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Talent Acquisition/ On/Offboarding and Training:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
    • Collaborate with staffing needs, maintain relationships with internal and external sources to ensure that staffing goals are achieved
    • Support with job Postings and vendor relationships
    • Screen resumes/candidate interviews/reference checking
    • Coordinate and support with Hiring Events
    • Primary point of contact for all new hires
    • Assist with all On/Offboarding requirements with PEO (ADP)
    • Aid with new-hire orientation
    • Ensure the integrity, completion and system input of all employee documentation
    • Assist with coordinating and facilitating Sexual Harassment Awareness training for assigned locations
  • HR Policy and Procedures/ Local, State, Federal Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal employment laws.
    • Apply HR best practices, specifically hospitality industry, and seek to continually build individual knowledge base.
    • Support HR leadership on all regulatory compliance
  • Reporting and Records Management:
    • Provide weekly, monthly and annual reports as required and ad-hoc
    • Analyze data to identify trends
    • Maintain employee files and database
    • Regularly audit employee files and reports for accuracy and compliance
    • Administration and Process Improvement:
      • Partner with HR team and PEO (ADP) for all administrative functions, e.g., benefits, payroll, On/Offboarding.
      • Partner with HR team and support Leaves of Absences, Workers Compensation, Employment Verification, Unemployment Claims
      • Manage Corporate office supplies, mail and HR billing processes.
      • Provide ongoing recommendations for process improvements, e.g. On/Offboarding, Administrative processes, and office operations.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bilingual
      - English/Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, employee relations, or a related role.
    • Experience with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee support.
    • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
    • Ability to collaborate and contribute in a team environment
    • ??????? Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/recruiting systems.
