We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support to hotel staff and guests. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the hotel’s systems and responding to IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate can work both independently and as part of a team. This position does require availability for select evenings and weekends.
Qualifications- Troubleshooting and installation of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
- Virus removal; computer repair and assembly
- Basic understanding of networking
- Knowledge of Wireless 802.11a/b/g/n/ac
- Familiarity with Active Directory, including adding and deleting users
- Excellent customer service skills with staff support (Fluent English required)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more
- Experience with Office
365 - Experience with Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
- Experience with VOIP (Mitel)
- Experience with Spiceworks
- Experience with hospitality software such as Opera, HotSOS, POS, MCOM
