Position: Endpoint Engineer in Miami Beach, FL  Direct Hire
We are seeking a Modern Endpoint Engineer to provide technical support to infrastructure and maintain our fast-growing user workstation environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing hands-on support and proactively maintain all infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the firm's production computing environment in accordance with best practices, including:
    • Active directory domain & Azure

      AD environment
    • DNS
    • O365 suite and Exchange Online environment
    • Windows Server OSs running within Azure
    • Teams/One Drive administration
  • Perform general account administration, user access & file provisioning, and exchange administration
  • Software application packaging and deployment with Intune or similar tool
  • Maintain and track core patching & backup
  • Perform automation of routine tasks (using Power Shell, Flow, Power

    BI and other tools)
  • Interface with, and direct 3 rd party providers maintaining network and AV systems as needed
  • End-user technologies
    • Configuration and administration of GPOs, and auto-tune provisioning
    • Maintain the gold workstation OS build using Intune/Autopilot
    • Provide 3 rd level support escalation of the Desktop function
    • Mobile device management and administration using Intune
    • Engineer may be called on to provide direct end-user support of Hardware, Desktop, Telephone, and Mobile personally when required, and in periods of high volume.
Qualifications
  • 4-8+ years of experience in a technology support position, with VIP users, in a customer-service setting
  • Knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Windows Operating System
    • O365 Suite
    • iOS (iPhone/iPad)
    • Active Directory, Azure

      AD and Domain controllers
    • Intune or similar management tool
    • Network fundamentals (including DNS & DHCP)
    • Security fundamentals
    • MacOS
    • Audio-Visual technologies, (including Crestron & Zoom)
Demonstrate
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • A positive, customer-service-driven outlook
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Occasional travel to Miami Beach, New York City, and other offsite Miami Beach locations required
  • Position will require on-call availability outside of working hours for scheduled changes, emergency Incident Management, and VIP requests
  • Preferred

    Qualification:

    Primary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior financial services experience preferred
