Working directly with enterprise customers, you'll design, build and deploy conversational AI agents using technologies such as Claude, Open Claw and Cursor. You'll translate business workflows into AI-powered solutions, optimise prompts and automations, and become a trusted advisor throughout each deployment.
As the company continues to scale, you'll take ownership of major customer implementations while developing into a technical leader with genuine opportunities for progression.
The Role- Partner with enterprise customers to design and deploy AI Digital Workers
- Build and configure AI agents using modern LLM tools and workflows
- Understand customer workflows and translate them into AI-powered solutions
- Optimise prompts, automations and agent performance using data and customer feedback
- Lead AI implementations from discovery through successful deployment
- Build long‑term customer relationships and drive successful AI adoption
- Progress into leadership as the company continues to grow
- Experience building AI agents using tools such as Open Claw, Claude, Cursor, or similar
- Background in Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Project Delivery, or AI Implementation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about AI and excited by emerging technologies
- Ambitious and looking to grow with a rapidly scaling AI company
- Happy to work onsite in Miami
