We're hiring a Painting Crew Leader who can take ownership of daily production, lead crews professionally, and protect the customer experience from start to finish. This is for someone who wants more than a paycheck—someone who wants responsibility, trust, and a path to grow.
Typical Scope of Work- Interior repaints (walls, ceilings, trim, doors)
- Exterior repaints (stucco, siding, trim, soffit/fascia)
- Prep work (patching, sanding, caulking, masking, protection)
- Punch-list completion and final touch-ups
- Daily clean-up and maintaining an organized job site
- High-end prep and finishing (clean lines, smooth finishes, tight cut-ins)
- Comfortable leading painters and holding the quality line
- Professional communication with homeowners during active work
- Bilingual English & Spanish (Required)
- Lead painting crews on-site: assign tasks, track progress, and ensure scope + standards are met
- Quality control: verify prep, materials, and finishes meet Paint2
Last expectations - Jobsite setup & cleanliness: masking, protection, daily cleanup, safe and organized work areas
- Client touch points during production: greet homeowners, provide courteous updates, keep trust high
- Document & report: before/after photos, material needs, change requests, daily updates/issues
- Problem spotting: identify issues early and communicate them before they become problems
- Punch list support: handle touch-ups and punch items quickly and professionally
- Finish & closeout: support final walkthroughs and ensure full completion before demobilizing
- Brand presence: place yard signs and door hangers around active job sites as directed
- Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial painting
- Natural leader who can direct crews respectfully and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Organized and dependable--shows up on time and follows through
- Comfortable working in the field and driving between jobs daily
- Basic proficiency with mobile apps and tools (photos, notes, simple tracking)
- Valid Driver's License + reliable vehicle (Required)
- Base salary: $55,000/year (paid bi-weekly)
- Bonuses based on productivity
- Gas stipend: $200/month
