Role Description

The Studio Manager – SWEAT
440 Brickell is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Beach, FL, responsible for overseeing daily studio operations and member experiences. This role includes supervising and supporting the coaching and front desk teams, managing class schedules, and ensuring the studio environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. The Studio Manager will drive membership growth and retention through local outreach, sales activities, and exceptional customer service.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve handling member inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The role requires close collaboration with corporate leadership to align studio goals with brand standards and overall company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage members, address concerns, and create an inclusive studio atmosphere.
  • Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Project Management skills to guide staff, coordinate schedules, and oversee studio initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote memberships, drive revenue, and support marketing activities.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and studio management or CRM software is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
