OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a vibrant individual with a passion for patient care and a dedication to ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our patients. Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in our collaborative, fast‑paced, and demanding work environment. This is a full‑time position based in one of our clinics.
Responsibilities- Ensuring compliance with all health‑care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Performing nursing tasks with clinical competency as an LPN, such as administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Completing all required documentation accurately and timely in accordance with company standards.
- Communicating effectively with team members—including physicians, Medical Assistants, Participant Coordinators—and anticipating needs for daily clinical and surgical schedules.
- Documenting clinical and surgical chart notes accurately.
- Ensuring the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
- Consistently following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Increasing physician overall patient retention by providing high‑quality patient care and experience.
- Assisting in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
- Remaining tactful, mature, and able to get along with diverse personalities.
- Completing other projects and/or duties as assigned by Clinical Leadership Members.
- Current LPN license.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current IV certification.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
- High energy with a strong focus on patient‑care and patient‑experience.
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and be highly responsive to patients and team members.
- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8‑12 hours).
- Push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds.
