About the Role:
As a Dishwasher / Porter, you play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You'll ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and work spaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, trash rooms, and employee restrooms
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and returned to proper locations
• Remove trash and recyclables, and clean garbage bins regularly
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the kitchen and dish areas
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing dry and cold storage
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
• Support chefs and kitchen team with general cleaning and porter duties as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
