Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner.;
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.;
Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest.;
Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.;
Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.
