Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site position requires a Jewelry Repair & Fulfillment Coordinator to join Phillips House at their Miami Beach, FL location. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating jewelry repair processes, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of inventory, and overseeing the fulfillment of online and retailer orders. Additional duties include liaising with customers to provide exceptional service, analyzing repair trends, and maintaining operational efficiency and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Exceptional Organizational Skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical Skills for reviewing repairs and improving operational processes
- Proficient Inventory Management experience to maintain accurate tracking and stock levels
- Experience in fine jewelry industry is a must
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Ability to collaboratively work in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
