The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and superior customer service. You will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with a diverse international clientele to provide expert advice on technical gear and fan apparel. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of soccer culture.

• Customer Engagement:
  Deliver a premium shopping experience by proactively assisting guests, identifying their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations.
• Product Expertise:
  Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technical footwear specifications, jersey history, and current global soccer trends (leagues, players, and tournaments).
• Sales Operations:
  Efficiently process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and inventory reporting.
• Visual Merchandising:
  Ensure the sales floor meets "match-day" standards by restocking merchandise, maintaining organised displays, and upholding brand aesthetic guidelines.
• Kit Customisation:
  Operate specialised heat-press machinery to provide high-quality, personalised jersey customisation for fans.
• Loss Prevention:
  Assist in maintaining store security and inventory integrity through attentive service and adherence to company policies.

• Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1-2 years in high-volume retail, luxury sales, or a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Subject Matter Expertise: A strong foundational knowledge of soccer (global leagues, equipment technology, and heritage) is highly preferred.
• Communication

  Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse, international demographic.
• Operational Flexibility:
  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the Miami market.

• Bilingual Proficiency:
  Fluency in Spanish is preferred given our international clientele in Miami;
  Portuguese is a significant advantage.
