About the Role

As an Area Visual Merchandiser
, your main focus will be to drive sales and customer experience by ensuring strong, inspiring visual presentation across multiple stores.

This on‑site role reports into our Area Manager position and is a field‑based position aligned with your geographic Area responsibility.

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:

• Drive sales and customer experience by ensuring strong, inspiring visual presentation across multiple stores
• Coach and develop store visual teams to deliver consistent, commercially competitive environments
• Ensure implementation of the Commercial Handbook and global visual merchandising guidelines
• Support stores with seasonal fashion insights, styling techniques, and trend awareness
• Partner with store management to execute local commercial plans and sales campaigns
• Plan and optimize visual merchandising routines, including sample picking, layout planning, and displays
• Support new store openings, rebuilds, and visual maintenance projects within the area
• Collaborate with Sales Market teams to uphold brand standard

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail fashion
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Solid understanding of fashion trends and styling
• Knowledge of visual merchandising routines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities

Compensation: expected base salary range is $81,400
