Shift Leader-Team Captain

Overview

We are looking for a purpose‑driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become an ambassador of our brand.

As a Shift Leader / Team Captain you will help guests meet their nutrition goals by assisting them to choose smoothies and retail products, and provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not available.

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures guests’ purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in team member management throughout shift.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Minimum age requirement: at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
• Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary.
