Responsibilities
- Directs the merchandising, product flow, and display while supporting daily store operations
- Partners with store leadership in managing product flow and visual execution
- Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience, in-store marketing, and merchandising
- Mentors the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology
- Promotes an inclusive environment and sets clear objectives for the team
- Manages the visual direction from planning through execution to meet Company expectations
- Assess store business using reporting tools to identify merchant opportunities
- Plans an effective shipment process and creates strategies for replenishment and recovery
- 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Experience with floor planning
- Proven record of developing great talent
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
