A prestigious luxury fashion brand is seeking two Temporary Retail Support Associates to join its Bal Harbour boutique through the end of September. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with luxury retail experience who enjoy delivering exceptional client service while supporting a high-performing boutique team in a fast-paced environment.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in luxury ready-to-wear (RTW), beauty, or makeup
, though strong luxury retail backgrounds across other categories will also be considered.

• Support the sales team with daily boutique operations
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, organization, and stockroom support
• Process incoming deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy
• Support fitting rooms and client appointments as needed
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation
• Assist with operational tasks to ensure the boutique runs efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the team during peak business periods

• Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) and/or beauty/makeup strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must be available to work weekends

• Weekend availability required
• Typical shifts: 10:30 AM – 7:15 PM or 12:30 PM – 9:15 PM (45-minute unpaid lunch break)
