Our client, a contemporary women’s multi-brand fashion company, is seeking an E-Commerce Merchandiser to join the team in Miami Beach, Florida. This position is fully onsite to start, and may evolve into a hybrid role. This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately.
Job Duties Include- Own the setup, maintenance, and accuracy of the online product catalog, ensuring product information, pricing, imagery, sizing, and inventory are complete and customer-ready.
- Execute new product launches and digitally merchandise new arrivals, designer/category pages, seasonal edits, promotional collections, and sale sections based on inventory and performance.
- Monitor online inventory and perform ongoing website QA, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies related to product information, imagery, pricing, availability, and site functionality.
- Analyze product performance, sell-through, inventory levels, and online availability while partnering cross-functionally with buying, operations, creative, receiving, and customer service.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, digital merchandising, product operations, catalog management, or a related retail function, preferably within contemporary or luxury fashion.
- Strong hands‑on Shopify experience, including creating and maintaining products, collections, product attributes, and online inventory.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to manage and analyze large amounts of product and inventory data with exceptional accuracy.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple brands, launches, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Salary: $75K - $85K
