In this role, you will deliver profitable sales growth for the Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages export business to assigned international regions. You will grow our business with existing accounts and identify new opportunities via geographic expansion or new item introductions. Your responsibilities will include developing business plans, tracking sales, managing the trade budget, accurate forecasting, monitoring letters of authorization, following the IPTAP process, and collaborating with other functions to ensure compliance with Nestlé business standards.

- Own overall strategy and planning to deliver profitable growth within the assigned international regions.
- Region management: track authorized products and markets, balancing growth opportunities with compliance needs, securing and maintaining Letters of Authorization (LOA) from Nestlé companies, and following the IPTAP process.
- Product management: optimize the portfolio based on growth potential and profitability, track product registrations by country, and monitor regulations that may impact the business.
- Customer management: develop existing customers, ensure trade is effectively utilized, and identify new customers to accelerate business growth. Manage orders and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure COF.
- Strong understanding of export distribution models and how zone markets operate.
- Experience in multicultural environments and multilingual interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (7 years related work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience managing international brand exports preferred.
- Must understand how categories are managed successfully, key competitors, and have a willingness to develop a deep understanding of the category of responsibility.
- Strong understanding of Food Service or HORECA sales. Good knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Marketing, Sales Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Technical, Global & IS/IT).
- Handling extra administrative steps required for export operations, including reports, direct orders, and coordination with the USA, Italy, France, and other plant zones.
- Demonstrates the ability to influence people and create compelling, fact-based sales stories.
- Knowledge of customer best practices, the marketplace, and relevant channel and shopper trends to generate actionable ideas.
- Spanish fluency required.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
