Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Commission

As an SMB Account Executive
, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the San Francisco market. This is a hybrid role combining new business development, campaign strategy, and account management
.
Sales & Client Relationships
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with local agencies and brands
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities
- Respond to inbound leads and proactively target key accounts in the region
Campaign Development
- Create tailored proposals for advertising campaigns, activations, and events
- Develop strategic outreach campaigns (email, sequencing, creative pitches)
- Identify cross-market opportunities to expand campaign reach
Account Management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and long‑term growth
- Provide insights and feedback to improve campaign performance
Networking & Market Presence
- Represent the business at local events and industry meetups
- Build a strong presence within the San Francisco advertising community
CRM & Reporting
- Manage pipeline and activity through Hub Spot
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasting
- 2‑4 years’ experience in B2B media or advertising sales
- Experience in OOH or transit advertising is highly desirable
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Established network within the South Florida
- Proficiency with Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
